On January 4, 2021, NEP pumps organized a 2021 business plan publicity meeting. Company leaders, management and overseas branch managers attended the meeting.
General Manager Ms. Zhou Hong gave a detailed interpretation of the company's 2021 work plan from the company's strategy, business goals, work ideas and measures.
Ms. Zhou pointed out that in 2020, all employees overcame difficulties under the complex domestic and international economic environment and the impact of the epidemic, and successfully completed the annual established operating indicators. In 2021, we will take high-quality enterprise development as the theme and lean thinking as the guide, actively explore domestic and international markets, seize opportunities, increase market share and high-quality contract rate; persist in technological innovation, strengthen responsibility, and improve work quality and efficiency; pay close attention to product quality and build excellent brands; strengthen management upgrades and budgets to comprehensively improve the quality of economic operations.
Finally, Chairman Geng Jizhong made an important speech. He pointed out that with the rapid development of the company and the continuous improvement of product output, we must always put product quality first. It is hoped that in the new year, the ideas will be integrated into actual work, and all personnel should strengthen their study, have the courage to work hard, concentrate their efforts, and take advantage of the situation.
In the new year, we must not be afraid of challenges, move forward courageously, and use the spirit of an endeavour to "keep firm and never relax till the peak, keep our feet on the ground and work hard" to cultivate new opportunities and open up new games in the complex international and domestic economic situation, so as to achieve the same goal.
