NEP pumps’s “high-pressure permanent magnet submersible tank cryogenic pump and cryogenic pump testing device” passed the appraisal

NEP pumps has developed permanent magnet submersible cryogenic pumps for many years. The permanent magnet submersible cryogenic pump (380V) that passed the appraisal in 2019 has been successfully used in gas filling stations and peak shaving stations with good operating results. This year, the R&D team completed the development of a cryogenic pump in a high-pressure tank and a large-scale cryogenic pump test device, and submitted them to this meeting for appraisal.

Participating leaders, experts and guests inspected the factory production test site, witnessed product prototype tests and device operation tests, listened to the development summary report made by NEP pumps, and reviewed relevant technical documents. After questioning and discussion, a unanimous appraisal opinion was reached.

The appraisal committee believes that the permanent magnet submersible tank cryogenic pump developed by NEP pumps has independent intellectual property rights, fills the gaps at home and abroad, and its overall performance has reached the advanced level of similar international products, and can be promoted and applied in low-temperature fields such as LNG. The cryogenic pump testing device developed has independent intellectual property rights. The device meets the full performance testing requirements of large cryogenic submersible pumps and can be used for cryogenic pump testing. The appraisal committee unanimously approved the appraisal.
